As previously advised, on behalf of our members, BA has procured the travel management services of Stage & Screen (https://www.stageandscreen.travel/en-au).  Their website and the link to their brochure below will provide you with more information about their offering. 

Stage & Screen Sports Flyer 2025

Importantly – if you choose to book your travel needs via them then you will have:

• Access to exclusive sports rates – up to 30% savings on accommodation and ground transport.
• Special sports airfares on international flights.
• Dedicated 24/7 after-hours team based in Australia.
• Your airline frequent flyer program details will be linked to your profile.
• Access to extra luggage allowances for sports equipment on selected airlines / fares.
• Easy & seamless travel itineraries & invoices sent directly to you. 

All members are invited to use their services.  Importantly, if you book with Stage & Screen then you will need to pay them directly (with your credit card).  Under no circumstances will BA be responsible for making bookings or liable to pay Stage & Screen.

Each booking is subject to a modest booking / service fee (payable by you) which we expect will be more than covered by their discounts & service.

If you are interested in accessing this service, then please send the following initial mandatory information to executiveofficer@biathlonaustralia.com.au please:

• Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms)

• Full name (as it appears on your passport)

• Gender (male or female only – this is an airline requirement)

• Mobile number

• Email address

We will share that information with Stage & Screen and they will then set you up on their online system (known as Savi).  They will send you a welcome email with details on how to login to their travel portal and provide you with links to some online training (if you need it).

When you log in you’ll be able to complete your profile, including adding payment details, frequent flyer numbers, etc.

You will be able to book online or over the phone via a dedicated travel agent.

Finally, when booking please be sure to advise them about your excess / special baggage requirements (including rifles / ammo) to ensure that these are notified to the relevant airline/s.  As always, you will need to take extra care & responsibility whenever travelling with a rifle / ammo – and BA and Stage & Screen are not responsible for your compliance with any local or international laws in this regard.
