Dear Biathlon Australia Family,

Call for Voting Member motions for consideration at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Pursuant to clause 16 of the Biathlon Australia (BA)Constitution (Constitution) the BA AGM will be held virtually (via Teams) on Monday 30 November 2026at 6pm (AEDT). Under clause 9.3(b) of the  Constitution, the BA Board request Voting Members to propose notices of motions for consideration at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The notices of motion must be received by the Board no later than 28 days before the AGM.

The Board requests that any Voting Member who wishes to propose a motion for consideration at the AGM email the notice of motion to the executiveofficer@biathlonaustralia.com.au  to be received no later than 6.00pm (AEDT) Monday 2 November 2026. Please include BA 2026 AGM Voting Member motion in the subject heading and include the terms of the resolution in the body of the email or in a MS Word or PDF attachment.

Please note that only matters which are within the powers of a General Meeting and therefore appropriate for consideration by the company in general meeting will be accepted. General Meetings of a company cover matters outside the scope of daily operations and management, which are matters for the Board. Resolutions which are within the power of a General Meeting include matters such as changes to the company name, changes to the Constitution and the removal and election of Elected Directors.
