Dear Biathlon Australia Family,

Under clause 9.3(b) of the Biathlon Australia (BA) Constitution, Voting Members may propose notices of motions for consideration at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The notices of motion must be received by the Board no later than 28 days before the AGM. The Board requests that any Voting Member who wishes to propose a notice of motion for consideration at the AGM submit the notice of motion in writing electronically to the executiveofficer@biathlonaustralia.com.au mailbox to be received no later than 6.00pm (AEDT) Tuesday 30 September 2025. Please include BA 2025 AGM Voting Member motion in the subject heading and include the terms of the resolution in the body of the email or in a MS Word attachment.

Please note that only matters which are within the powers of a General Meeting and therefore appropriate for consideration by the company in general meeting will be accepted. General Meetings of a company cover matters outside the scope of daily operations and management, which are matters for the Board. Resolutions which are within the power of a General Meeting include matters such as changes to the company name, changes to the Constitution and the removal and election of directors.
