Biathlon Dinner at Jack Frost Hotham

You're cordially invited to join us for dinner at Mt Hotham during the Australian Championships.

When: Saturday 9th August @ 5:30pm sharp

Where: Hotham's Jack Frost Restaurant, 110 Great Alpine Road, Hotham Heights (Bus stop #7)

Price: $63 for 2 courses.  Drinks can be purchased at the bar (with 2 for 1 cocktails starting at 3:30pm).

Menu: 

To Begin - shared platters for the table :

• Warm spinach, roasted garlic, mint, lemon zest and toasted crostini (v, nf)
• Jack's Calamari with mixed slaw and chipotle lime aioli (gf, df, nf)

Main Course - shared platters for the table :

• Portuguese Chicken with smoked paprika romesco & extra chicken crackle (gf, df, nf)
• Red Wine Braised Beef with winter citrus gremolata, roasted & pickled red onions (gf, df, nf)

Sides with mains :

• Miso Roasted Pumpkin Typhoon shelter style with fresh herbs (vg, df, nf)
• Sour Cream & Chive roasted potatoes (gf, bf, v)
