Biathlon Australia National Championships Cancelled

Unfortunately, due to the lack of snow, the Biathlon Australia National Championships scheduled for 18–19 July have been cancelled. 

While we have snow on the range area and great divide trail, it is not possible to form race loops.

While racing will no longer go ahead, training opportunities will be available for athletes already in the area or with trips planned.

We hopefully have good weather later in the week, allowing shooting and range training which will be of benefit to athletes.

Our Head Coach Ana will oversee this training as an extension of the current camp.

All athletes who entered the event will receive a full refund. 

We appreciate your understanding and hopefully another storm front will bring welcome snow.
