Notice of Annual General Meeting
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Biathlon Australia Limited ACN 167 329 044 (BA) will be held on Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 6pm (AEDT – Canberra/Melbourne/Sydney Australia time).
Pursuant to clause 16 of BA’s Constitution, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams - click this link to join. The meeting will be recorded for the purposes of preparing minutes.
Voting Process (if needed):
All voting members are entitled to vote directly or via Proxy. Direct voting will be conducted through Teams using a show of hands.
Proxies: Forms to appoint proxies must be in the form here and must be lodged with the Executive Officer by email to executiveofficer@biathlonaustralia.com.au by 6.00pm Sunday 26 October 2025

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Attendance, apologies and quorum
2. Chair’s welcome
3. Chair’s address
4. Ordinary Business - Financial Report, Directors’ Report and Auditor’s Report
5. Election of Directors – There were three accepted nominations for three Director positions:
- Kate Allman
- Elizabeth (Libby) Maynard
- Katerina Paul
No election will be required as the number of accepted nominations does not exceed the available positions on the Board. In accordance with the section 11.2(b)(i) of the BA Constitution, these nominees are declared elected
6. Member questions and comments - Members are requested that any questions relating to the Financial Report, Directors’ Report and Auditor’s Report be submitted in writing by 6pm Tuesday 21 October 2025 to facilitate appropriate responses that will be given at the Meeting. Questions are to be forwarded by email to executiveofficer@biathlonaustralia.com.au
