Dear Biathlon Australia family,

We have some exciting news to share. The new roller ski & biathlon facility at Jindabyne is one step closer to completion.

Ashpalting works have been completed and the track has been tested.

Thanks to Scott Kneller and the project team, Adam Lloyd and the NSW Sport and Recreation team, as well as Toni Hulme and Sandra Paul for all their hard work to get the project to this point.

BA is very excited to be running our first development camp here on the long weekend in January, hosting 2 para development athletes, 10 junior athletes with the support of 2 camp parents. They will be staying in the Sport & Recreation accommodation.

April will see Snow Australia hold the Australian roller ski championships here. BA will hold an additional development camp at the facility prior to these races.
