Biathlon Dinner at Jack Frost Hotham

You're cordially invited to join us for dinner at Mt Hotham during the IBU Regional Event | Oceania Cup 2026.

When: Saturday 8th August @ 5pm sharp for 5:30pm start

Where: Hotham's Jack Frost Restaurant, 110 Great Alpine Road, Hotham Heights (Bus stop #7)

Price: $68 for 2 courses. The menu will consiste of shared platters. Drinks can be purchased at the bar (with 2 for 1 cocktails starting at 3:30pm).

To begin :
Miso-roasted cauliflower, honey yoghurt and fresh mint.(v, nf, gf)
Jack's Calamari with tom yum and lime aioli and Jack's pickled slaw (gf, nf)

Main Course - shared platters for the table :
Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, with a rich tomato reduction, souvlaki spices and a minted labneh (gf, nf)
Red Wine Braised Beef with winter citrus gremolata, roasted & pickled red onions (gf, df, nf)
Sides served  alongside Main Course :
Sour Cream & Chive roasted potatoes (gf, bf, v)
Blistered Carrots with minted coconut dressing and pomegranate (v,vgo, gf, nf)
