Congratulations to the athletes and coach selected for the upcoming IBU Camp!
Biathlon Australia is pleased to announce that Finn Meehan, Ewenn Benoit, Sapphire Sparke and Nell Anger have been selected to attend the upcoming IBU Camp, with Toscha Stopar selected as coach.
Congratulations to all of you on your selection, and we wish you every success at the camp.
A big thank you to all the athletes who expressed interest in attending.
The level of interest was very encouraging and demonstrates the growing enthusiasm for international development opportunities within Australian biathlon.
Biathlon Australia is particularly proud to be able to nominate the maximum number of athletes and coaches available for this camp.
The IBU Camps continue to be extremely popular, with athletes and coaches consistently reporting how valuable and enjoyable these camps are.
We look forward to seeing our Australian team make the most of this fantastic opportunity!
Youth Olympic Games (YOG) Qualification
We have received the qualification pathway for the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) — and we need to stay in the Top 25 to secure qualification pathway and not rely on wildcards.

We are currently ranked 25th.
We need work together as part of TeamAUS to maintain or improve these rankings and help the next generation of Youth Olympians!
Canberra Rifle Range Training Day – Sunday 4th
Canberra Rifle Club CRC has invited Biathlon Australia members, that are CRC members, to attend a training day at the CRC on Sunday the 4th.
Please see the timings for the Canberra Rifle Club members below:
- Range Brief: 11:15 am
- Zeroing: 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Metal: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
This is a great opportunity for our Biathlon Australia members to train and make use of the range facilities.
