• Sessions will close for registration on the Friday before each session at 11pm. The closing date in the banner above refers only to the closing date for the final session.
• Late registration fee is $11 per registration
• This is to ensure that appropriate equipment and coaching plans can be made.
• We can only provide equipment for registrations received befor the deadline.

Rollerski and laser biathlon training will be useful for students intending to participate in cross country and biathlon events during the Interschools races this season.

Learn relay tagging, double poling, and the differences between skate and classic technique including single and double-time, free-skate, cornering, offset and diagonal stride for technique zones in Interschools races.

The training sessions will be held on:

• Sunday 3rd May 11:00 to 12:30pm (roller ski session only)
• Sunday 17th May 11:00 to 12:30pm (roller ski & laser biathlon)
• Sunday 24th June 11:00 to 12:30pm (roller ski & laser biathlon)
• Sunday 31st May 11:00 to 12:30pm (roller ski & laser biathlon)
• Sunday 14th June 11:00 to 12:30pm (roller ski & laser biathlon)
• Sunday 21st June 11:00 to 12:30pm (roller ski & laser biathlon)

Where: St Leonards Park, Miller Street North Sydney. Meet at the netball courts near the corner of Ridge St and Walker Street.

What to Bring:  Drink bottle and bike helmet. Helmets are mandatory - athletes will only be able to roller ski if they are wearing a helmet (bike, ski or similar). 

Knee and elbow pads are highly recommended. Impact shorts, wrist guards and gloves are also recommended. Long sleeves and long pants e.g. leggings preferred if no padding.

Roller skis, xc ski boots, poles if you have your own. 

Equipment can be provided for those who do not have their own. Please indicate your requirement for equipment when registering.
