A roller-ski and laser biathlon training program is being held for students of The King's School. This training will be useful for students intending to participate in cross country and biathlon events during the Interschools races this season.
Learn relay tagging, double poling, and the differences between skate and classic technique including single and double-time, free-skate, cornering, offset and diagonal stride for technique zones in Interschools races.
All equipment provided. Please indicate your requirements when booking.
3 sessions for $105 (incl GST):
- Sunday 31st May 1:30to 2:45pm
- Sunday 14th June 1:30to 2:45pm
- Sunday 21st June 1:30to 2:45pm

Where: The King's School - meeting place is the Doyle Fields carpark (near the cricket nets and mountain bike area).
What to Bring: Drink bottle and bike helmet. Helmets are mandatory - athletes will only be able to roller ski if they are wearing a helmet (bike, ski or similar).
Knee and elbow pads are highly recommended. Impact shorts, wrist guards and gloves are also recommended. Long sleeves and long pants e.g. leggings preferred if no padding.
Roller skis, xc ski boots, poles if you have your own.
Equipment can be provided for those who do not have their own. Please indicate your requirement for equipment when registering.

Please register each participant separately, to ensure we are able to capture your child's equipment sizes. Please enter your child's name under "Participant Name" above the equipment section.
- Sessions will close for purchasing on the Friday before the session at 11pm.
- This is to ensure that appropriate equipment and coaching plans can be made.
